WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and coordinate effective social media marketing campaigns, in order to drive user acquisition, user engagement, ROI and growth of the MarginX ecosystem
- Develop and institutionalize the content calendar for various social media platforms, such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Forum
- Build relationships with external influencers and create creative content plans to generate organic and sponsored influencer content on social media channels such as YouTube and TikTok
- Plan and manage our social media platforms according to the latest industry trends and our target audience’s social media language and habits
- Evaluate important metrics and prepare accurate monthly reports on our social media marketing campaigns’ performance and suggest feasible improvements to gain traffic and users
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media, communications or digital marketing roles with proven ability to drive measurable growth for a brand
- Strong copywriting and editing skills; exceptional command of the English language is a must
- Ability to organize thoughts and ideas in a coherent manner and articulate them succinctly
- Excellent judgment on tone and brand appropriateness of content
- Proficiency in best practices and engagement with major social media platforms including, but not limited to, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, YouTube and TikTok
- ​​Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, social listening tools and other research/ benchmarking applications
- Ability to excel with limited resources and simultaneous responsibilities for multiple projects
- Knowledge of the blockchain, finance and/or tech industries is a plus
